Solid Wood Cabinets Construction Details:

		Drawer box: The sides are3/4" thick plywood with
		solid wood veneer. The 1/4" thick bottom is dadoed into each side and held completely captive.
		Drawer slides: The slide is completely concealed
		and features durable steel construction with a smooth sliding roller system.
		Face frame: Face frames are crafted of premium,
		3/4" thick solid wood.
		Stiles and rails are 1 1/2" wide. Joints are secured
		with glue and a concealed screw system for optimal strength.
		Cabinet sides: Sides are 1/2" thick plywood with
		matching veneer both on the interior and exterior. The captive back is secured and reinforced with 3/8" thick nailers. Dadoed box construction ensures exceptional strength and stability.
		Shelves: Shelves are a 3/4" thick plywood with
		matching veneer chosen for its exceptional strength and minimal deflection under heavy loads. Shelves have a wood grain print on both surfaces and matching edgeband on the front edge.
